I always ship with priority mail. Art is protected by very thick and resistant packaging so that it arrives safely at your doorstep. All original art is always shipped with international insurance AND with a tracking code so that you can follow it online.
I ship items from stock within 1-3 business days after receiving the payment. The times for artwork made to order / custom orders vary and are published in listing description / agreed on individually, respectively.

Each purchase of a ready item from stock is completely risk-free as I offer 14-day refund guarantee. If you do not like the painting for any reason, you can send it back and I will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) once I receive it in perfect state. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of return shipping with insurance and tracking as well, so you are advised to inquire about the estimated costs at your local shipping company beforehand. No returns are accepted for previously approved and shipped commissioned custom work.

All artwork is shipped with insurance, unless stated otherwise. In case your order would arrive damaged (has never happened before, knock on wood!), you will need to immediately take photos of the damaged packaging and product and fill out an appropriate damage report with the local delivery company. You also need to send both the photos and the copy of the report to me so that I can follow up the insurance claim. Please note that only by following this procedure you will be able to receive a refund.
